PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take note that pursuant to Section 13, The Municipalities Act the R.M. of Cote No. 271

intends to consider the initial report on a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following

municipal road to Konrad Zangl for the purpose of six (6) acres for pasture land south of SW

23-27-30 W1 and hay land, bush and trees for windbreak on the S ½ 01-27-30 W1 for a five-

year period commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027:

The road allowance between SW 23-27-30-W1 and NW 14-27-30-W1 and the road

allowance between the South 1/2 of 01-27-30-W1 and North ½ of 35-26-30-W1

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent

has the opportunity to be heard at the next regular meeting of council to be held on Wednesday,

January 11, 2023 at the rural municipal office at 528 Third Ave. S, Kamsack, SK commencing at

1:00 p.m.
