PUBLIC NOTICE


Please take note that pursuant to Section 13, The Municipalities Act the R.M. of Cote No. 271 intends to consider the initial report on a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following municipal road(s) to Raymond Deederly for the purpose of pasture land for a ten-year period commencing June 15, 2022 to June 15, 2032:

  1. The road allowance between NE 30-27-30 W1 and SE 31-27-30 W1 for the purpose of placing a gate across the road allowance, 6 acres.


Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent has the opportunity to be heard at the next regular meeting of council to be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the rural municipal office at 528 Third Ave. S, Kamsack, SK commencing at 1:00 p.m.

  1. The road allowance between the south half of 26-28-30 W1 and the north half of 23-28-30 W1, 12 acres;

  2. Along the west half of the road allowance of 20-28-30 W1, 6 acres;

  3. The east side of the road allowance of NE 19-28-30 W1, 3 acres;

  4. The east side of the road allowance of NE 08-29-30 W1, 3 acres;

  5. Along the west half of the road allowance at 34-27-30 W1 and the north side of NE 34-27-30 W1, 9 acres;

  6. The south side of the road allowance of NE 34-28-30 W1, 3 acres;

  7. The south side of the road allowance of the north half of 33-28-30 W1 and 32-28-30 W1, 9 acres;

  8. The west side of the road allowance of 01-29-31 W1, 6 acres;

  1. The road allowance north of SW 21-27-30 W1 for a fence to be placed on the south side of the road, 3 acres pasture;

  2. The east portion of the road allowance of the northwest corner of SW 08-28-30 W1, 3 acres agricultural;

  3. The south portion of the road allowance of the north half of 07-28-30 W1, 6 acres agricultural;

  4. The road allowance between the south half of 16-28-30 W1 and the north half of 09-28-30 W1, 12 acres agricultural;

  5. The road allowance north of NE 08-28-30 W1 for a fence on a small portion of Twp Rd 282, 6 acres.
