Please take note that pursuant to Section 13, The Municipalities Act the R.M. of Cote No. 271

intends to consider the initial report on a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following
municipal road to Brad Anderson for the purpose of six (6) acres of agricultural land for a five-
year period commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2028:

The road allowance between the NW 14-29-31 W1 and SW 23-29-31 W1

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent
has the opportunity to be heard at the next regular meeting of council to be held on Wednesday,
January 10, 2024 at the rural municipal office at 528 Third Ave. S, Kamsack, SK commencing at
1:00 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take note that pursuant to Section 128(1), The Municipalities Act and Bylaw No. 6/2019
of the R.M. of Cote, the R.M. of Cote No. 271 Council intends to discuss the setting of
remuneration for council or committee members and other bodies established by the council at
the January 2024 Meeting of Council.

Any person/group that wants to comment on the remunerations are asked to attend the January
10, 2024 Monthly Meeting of Council held in council chambers at the municipal office located at
528 Third Ave. South in Kamsack, SK at 1:30 p.m.
