Please take note that pursuant to Section 13, The Municipalities Act the R.M. of Cote No. 271 intends to consider the initial report on a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following municipal road to Triple Tine Farms, LLC for the purpose of pasture land/private residential access for a five-year period commencing October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2028:
The road allowance between the E ½ of 18-27-30 W1 and W ½ of 17-27-30 W1
and the east of NE 07-27-30 W1 and the west of NW 08-27-30 W1.
Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent has the opportunity to be heard at the next regular meeting of council to be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at the rural municipal office at 528 Third Ave. S, Kamsack, SK commencing at 11:00 a.m.
